Delete Your Micro-Host Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Micro-Host account and associated data at any time by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

    Send a deletion request email

    Email tsotos@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

    Send from your account email address

    Send the request from the same email address associated with your Micro-Host account. This is how we verify your identity and locate your data.

  3. 3

    We will confirm within 7 days

    We will send a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted, or clarify if any legal retention obligations apply.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon successful processing of your request, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days:

  • Account profile — name, email address, language preference
  • Tax Identification Number (ΑΦΜ / AFM), if provided
  • Property listings and associated details (AMA numbers, iCal URLs, addresses)
  • Cleaning task records, assignments, and cleaner contact details
  • Guest portal content and associated access tokens
  • Push notification tokens (FCM)

Data Retained After Deletion

Due to legal obligations, some data may be retained for a limited period even after your account is deleted:

Booking & Financial Records

Retained for up to 5 years to comply with Greek tax law (AADE obligations). These records are not used for any other purpose.

Technical Server Logs

Retained for up to 90 days for security and operational monitoring, then automatically purged.
